Your purchase

GBP 12.99 total, one payment, no subscription and no delivery charge. A personalised English-language PDF with three wedding games and three answer keys, plus this purchase record. No physical item, printing or pens are included. Choose A4 or US Letter and one of three designs before ordering.

Check your details

Review your names, date, clues, answers, paper size and design before paying. Answers use A-Z, 3-16 letters; spaces, punctuation and common accents are normalised. The on-screen layout is indicative; colours vary between screens and printers. If a PDF cannot be generated, checkout will not start.

Delivery and recovery

After Stripe confirms payment, return to the order page to download. Keep the recovery key saved before checkout: it is not emailed and is required for automatic recovery. Download and save your PDF promptly. Recovery is available for 90 days from pack preparation. A PDF reader, an internet connection and a compatible printer or print service are needed. Contact us if payment succeeds but delivery fails; do not pay again.

Immediate supply and cancellation

You expressly request immediate supply of your digital content and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins. Your confirmation of both statements is recorded with the order. This does not remove your statutory rights if content is faulty, not as described or not supplied. For such problems, contact us for a remedy; we will provide a correction, price reduction or refund as required by law. We do not promise refunds solely for a change of mind after supply begins.

Use and support

You may print copies for your own wedding or private celebration. Do not resell or redistribute the digital files commercially. Save the original PDF and print a test copy at 100% / Actual size. For a correction or complaint, email the order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send your recovery key or card details. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy

Details remain in your browser until you prepare an order, when your personalised PDF and order/consent information are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted service. Stripe processes payment and billing information; our site does not receive full card numbers. We use this information to fulfil the contract, protect the service and handle support, not to add you to marketing lists. Recovery expires after 90 days; expired pack and recovery records are deleted automatically when the next order is prepared. Contact us for earlier erasure where applicable. Payment records may be kept longer for legal/accounting obligations. Cloudflare and Stripe may process data internationally under their applicable safeguards. Contact the seller to exercise applicable data rights or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. Essential browser storage remembers your recovery key during the session; no advertising tracking is added. Privacy notice updated 29 September 2026: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, visits, traffic sources and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track people across websites. Analytics are not used to collect your puzzle answers, recovery key or card details.
